Returns and Exchanges


We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there will be occasions where you would like to return your item. Please see below for our refund policy: 

 

Refunds and Exceptions
For purposes of hygiene, we can't accept the return of hair accessories, bibs or burp cloths after they have been dispatched unless faulty. If you placed an order for a non-refundable item and immediately changed your mind, we will give you a full refund as long as we are notified of this before the item is dispatched (this doesn't apply to custom made items).

Custom made items such as those containing personalised embroidery are also non-refundable unless deemed faulty at the point of delivery.

For the return of other items, please get in contact with us within 7 days of receipt if you are not happy with your item and we will resolve the situation as fast as we can.

Please note that when returning items, the customer is liable for the item until delivery, so it is advised that postage with tracking is used. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so if there are any delays, please contact your bank in the first instance.

 

Faulty items / Wrong item received 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please take pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve immediately. If we ask you to return the faulty item (or incorrect item), we will cover the postage costs.

Exchanges (for returnable items)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that customers are liable for the item until delivery, so it is advised that postage with tracking is used.
